We went to a birthday party on Saturday and they had a bouncy house. Well, I manages to injure myself! I wasn't even bouncing but I went to turn around while in the bouncy house and only half of my leg decided to turn with me. I felt something in my knee move out of place then pop back in. My knee is still sore today

I have been putting ice one it so I hope it starts to help! And i bought a knee brace to wear too. I really hope it feels better for this weekend! I really want to do that 5k and walking around Disney with a sore knee doesn't sound like much fun!
Re: Stupid bouncy house!
Make sure you see a doctor if it doesn't get better. My niece had a bounce house at her birthday party this weekend too. Glad I didn't go in!
Yeah, I agree. Is it swollen? Are you doing anything else besides icing?
I love my crazy child!
