So DH and I saw three homes Sunday that just didn't work out all for various reasons. One needed too many repairs, another was absolutely gorgeous but as it was built on the side of a mountain it had no yard like we want, and the last home we saw was a foreclosure that had blood stains on the upstairs carpet so needless to say that one didn't leave me with a good feeling! Thursday we are going to view 10 homes with our realtor. I'm hoping out of that many houses something is bound to be a real option! If we don't find anything we like then we are considering going back and accepting the counter offer from the house we really wanted that the owner wouldn't drop the price on. I'm reluctant to do that because it's more than we wanted to spend but we kinda can't get that house out of our heads
