Shutterfly, image resolution? HELP
I'm sure this was discussed way back when but I had my thank yous done by our photographer so I haven't used these sites yet.
My MOH is getting married in July and wants a photo thank-you card for her shower and would like me to research/print with her engagement photo. Her photo is a professional photo, but has been scanned in with an at-home scanner.
Do you think the resolution will be clear on Shutterfly? I went to VP and it did give me an error for too low of resolution over there, but no error on Shutterfly.
Will she want to kill me or do you think it'll be ok??
Re: Shutterfly, image resolution? HELP
Hm, if VP says it's unclear. I'd be nervous.
I'd probably do a test via Walgreens. I'd upload there and print out a 4x76 or 5x7 to see it in person and how it looks (or if you have time, do the same thing w/Shutterfly. I believe you can print to Target)

Ag, don't you hate that? I mean it's a nice feature for internet security, but can also be annoying too

Does she not have digital rights?
If she really wants to use the one pic can she offer to pay the photog $10 or something for the single file?

What did you have the resolution of the scanner set at when you scanned it?
When the image was saved did you save it at at least 150dpi?
