Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Thanks. NY Prices in general are a ripoff, doesn't seem to matter. My close-by options are KinderCare and a Goddard School, so I'm at least assuming KinderCare will be cheaper that Goddard, which I absolutely love but not sure we can afford. In MN Kindercare was right on average for a center, but in MN in-home daycare was much more widespread and a lot less expensive.
Thanks for the heads up - there aren't many centers around here that take infants unfortunately. I live in a part of the state where most moms stay home with their kids when they are younger, so most places just start at preschool unfortunately. I'm trying to research in-home daycares but that is going to take a long time and I need something soon. We'll see where we end up!
