I need some niner vibes - I know we have great ones
I know I have been complaining about not having a house... well, we might just have one. I am not getting my hopes up but the house we have been stalking for the last 5 months went off the market the day we were putting an offer in. We were both bummed, however, we understood and kept looking. We have looked at 20 houses this week and I was ready to settle down in our apt for Baby to arrive... well turn of events last night.
Mark was with the Realtor looking at a few homes while I was working out. I get a phone call notifying us that the contract on the house we love fell through. We are now first in line. We put in our offer last night, (which the seller accepted) were simply waiting for the original contract cancellation to be faxed to our Realtor (who is the buyer and seller agent on this house). Keep your fingers crossed I would love to have a house for this baby to come home to!
