What brand of apples do you buy? I love apples that really crunch when you bite into them. I am so tired of buying apples that just fall apart in your mouth. Please recommend a brand of crisp apples. TIA!

Re: Apples
Honeycrisp are definitely the sh!t, but not always available and expensive to get organic. I like Royal Gala as a good second, similar to honeycrips, and not as expensive organic.
Since apples are like, #2 on the dirty dozen list, I always buy them organic. In order to keep apples from cross breeding through bugs and pollination, they get the crap sprayed out of them.
Fuji & Honeycrisp. Yum!
& you can get organic produce at practically any grocery store
ditto. publix's generally have a separate organic produce section. you can get a 3 lb. bag of apples for like, $5-6
Pensacola's bump Publix does not have an organic selection.
(bahahaha at my use of bump. Please tell me Im not the only one who used that as a descriptive word in middle school)
How is it that my BABY is going to be 3?

Seriously? Which one is that? I go to the one on the corner of University and 9 mile. They're goo with other organic stuff, but I've never seen a produce section.
I'll have to look a little closer next time. I might be missing it.

I was missing it. Its just a small section near the back, but they had fuji's!
I'm another one that not a fan of overly crunchy. I like crisp. My absolute favorite are the Golden Delicious because they're...well...delicious. I use these for my pies too.
