I made this Saturday night and it was deee-lish!
Pecan Chicken 4 skinned, boneless chicken breasts 1/2 tsp salt 1/8 tsp pepper 1/2 cup butter or margerine, melted 1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard, divided 1 cup coarsely chopped pecans 1 16 oz carton sour cream 1/3 cup water or Chardonnay Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper, place in a greased 13x9 baking dish. combine butter and 1/4 cup mustard. Stir well. Pour over chicken, sprinkle pecans over top. Bake, uncovered at 375 for 35 minutes. Combine remaining 2 Tbsp mustard, pan drippings, sour cream and water/wine in large saucepan. Cook over med. heat until thoroughly heated, stirring often. To serve, pour sauce over chicken.
Chicken Parm & Steamed Broccoli
Chicken tenders cooked 1/2 way in oven. Cover with spaghetti sauce fro remaining time and add mozz cheese for last 2 min until melted.

You are very welcome, I like to make this when we are having people over because it isn't overly complicated and is relatively cheap to make.
