Meg - domesticated newlywed.

WOW... I totally thought baby Joseph was a baby on this board - Ali's to be exact...  OOOOOOOPssss...

Anyway, now to answer your question.  I hadn't heard of the story.  Hmmm... Interesting.  I'm not quite sure what to think.

Also, I just looked at your blog.  I have canned peaches, cherries, apricots, apricot pie filling and antipasta and we have a lot of frozen vegetables in our freezer and a some frozen berries.  Of course, most of the winter we have been munching our way through the above things.  DH is addicted to the peaches and cherries.  And I must write they are good in the middle of the winter.

One day I think I would like to attempt to can tomatoes.

March 09 Siggy Challenge image Melting Snow... because it means that spring is actually on the way and it's not snowing or cold.

*butting in* this made me LOL. It would be pretty weird if I named my little girl Joseph!

  • Bonnie - when I saw your response, I was like " I don't think she knows what I am talking about "

I see the hospital's point - but from a human perspective its such a tough call.

I STILL have not gotten around to trying to can. I found a Ball instruction book at Lowes for $6 -- I haven't open it ... ahh.
