Poop post
I do not go when I work. Last week vacation, everyday like clockwork. This week, not once. 
I can't tell if its mental or that I just get up too darn early for my body to do its job.

This just made my morning.
Honestly, I have a serious mental block to poo-ing at work, always have for some reason (unless it is a serious situation). As such, I think my body has regulated itself to relief outside of regular business hours. Hang in there, and hopefully you'll get back on schedule!
