Ha- she was supposed to sing at a big music festival they have up here last summer and was apparently 2 hours late and then when she finally did come out she gave a really half-azzed performance. Allegedly she was late because she was busy getting her hair and her mani/pedi done.
i.e., smoking weed or doing other drugs.
All of which are respectable reasons for someone like her to be late.
