Ok. Exercise: I didn't work out Saturday or Sunday because of the accident
Monday, I did jm 30 ds. Tuesday, I rode Velvet for about half an hour. She is a little off on her front right, so i don't want to push it. I'm going out again tonight and most likely Thursday, though. I didn't get my p90x yoga in last week, so it is a must for this week!!! Also, Thursday might be my first run of the season, too. Yay!!
Food: Not my best. I was craving cookie dough something fierce, so I made peanut butter oatmeal cookies Monday. I tried making them healthier by cutting part of the sugar and adding unsalted peanuts. I have been eating a lot of fresh fruits and veggies lately. So that part is definitely good. It's even starting to wear off on DH, too

I've started C25K. Had a week plus a day done, then stopped temporarily. We went skiing over the weekend, and after 5 hours of skiing Friday night and 8 hours on Saturday, my body was to sore to do anything Sunday or Monday. Yesterday I ran, so at least I'm back on the band wagon.
Haven't weighed myself in a few days, so I don't know if I've lost any weight yet or not. I'm aiming for 10-15 lbs by mid-May (masters graduation).
I've been better about not eating such big portions, and a little better about not eating as much junk. (Except for our skiing weekend....we ate a lot of pizza and drank a lot of beer....)
I've actually been doing pretty well aside from giving in to a few guilty temptations!! DH and I started P90x last week and I started cutting my diet the week before that and as of last night I've lost 5 lbs and already lost 2 inches from my waist!! We are tracking our measurements every month, but when I stepped on the scale last night and saw I'd hit the 5 lb mark I decided to check on my inches early
Definitely gave me more motivation!
We have our chest and shoulders video tonight
not exactly looking forward to that, but oh well!! I gave in yesterday and today and had some shock tarts and sprees from the store *sigh* I couldn't resist...they were at work..and they just sounded so good!! haha I confessed to DH that I felt really guilty about it and he laughed and said that since I replaced that with my granola bar for my 'snack' time that it could slide this time haha.
My goal is 10-15 lbs by my birthday in April
hopefully I can reach it!!!
my read shelf:
Tuesday was my first workout in a week. Class totally kicked my butt - but one awesome accomplishment: about halfway through class the instructor told us to do 30 pushups. When we were all finished he said that we just did 30 pushups in under a minute! And they were full pushups, not the girl version. I'm pretty proud of myself!
Weightloss - I lost about 4lbs when I was sick but I've gained a little bit of that back. We went out of town this past weekend so we pretty much just ate the whole time.
I'm starting C25K next week. I found a couple 5k races that I'm interested in in May, so I just need to pick one and register.
I will not step on the scale, but I have been going strong with P90X.. I will be beginning week 4 on Saturday.
I feel more toned and stronger in my stomach (core),arms, legs. I feel a difference in my clothes around my arms,waist, and even a little in my butt/thigh area!!! Yay!
