spinach artichoke chicken-update
it was ok..I felt it was very watery and not much flavor. I did end up putting the 1/2 block of cream cheese in after the fact to make a dip with the rest.
R didn't mind it, but C did not like it at all.

I used the marinated artichokes, but that's what I always use in my dips. I should have added that. I'm so bummed you didn't fall in love. I think next time I'll also add the whole block of cream cheese in the beginning and omit the sour cream.
I noticed it was looking watery and that color and watery were just a NO NO in my book so that's when I decided to add the cream cheese. I should have just added a whole block. Mmm.
