Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Anybody a swimmer?
I'm looking for somebody to do some lap swimming with me once a week. I need a motivator in tthe pool. Any takers?
I'm a pretty good swimmer (competetive level) but I haven't been in the pool for awhile, so I need to get my butt in gear.

Yep, I'm in Des Moines and I plan on swimming at Walnut Creek YMCA, but I'm open to other places too. Mz-n-ss, e-mail me at jennrs at gmail dot com and we should try to work something out. Carissa, I'd love to have somebody to check in with.
