Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

The technician came to look at the washer Monday and said that he would need to get a part for it. Having done some research online, I knew the part was specific to our washer (no "generics" available) and expected that. We had an appointment set up for Tuesday. No show. Finally, we received a call that they couldn't make it Tuesday and could they come Wed.at 11 am? I argued with the guy that we were supposed to have it fixed Tuesday. He said that they "couldn't get any overtime." Finally, I agreed to a Wed. appt. b/c DH was going to be working from home in the morning.
Wed. rolls around. They call at 10:30 saying they will be at the house "in a few minutes." I spoke to DH at 11:45, and they had not made it. They showed up just before noon. It took about 2 hours for the repair.
The repair itself was fine, and the prices were fair. The customer service was really lacking. I did NOT like that they canceled one appointment.
