I hadn't been to a meeting or to a weigh in for (i think) three weeks! yikes.
I had +.4... but honestly, I'm surprised it wasn't more. I did go to the gym twice last week - so I guess that helped (or didn't hurt!).
I'm on the bandwagon for this week though... I've done really well since Sunday.

Pretty good here. I was down .8 yesterday.
I lost .6 this week. I thought I had lost more, but oh well. I did have one small AW, which was that one of our employees who didn't know I was on WW told me yesterday that I was looking good and asked if I had lost weight. That made me feel great.
I am *this close* to my 5% goal! So my goal is to meet that for next week. And to go to yoga two or three times before next Weds.
I love the mission whole wheat low carb ones.. one tortilla is 1pp.

As for me.. I didnt go last week. And know that I need to go tonight. But Im pretty sure its not going to be good.
I'm not sure if it's right (because I really haven't been watching too much) but I weighed this morning and it shows that I lost 2.8 from my weigh in last Tuesday. Woo Hoo! Again, not sure if that's right but it really gave me the boost I needed. I've been feeling really down lately and that shows in my eating habits. However, seeing that this morning really helped.
