I've probably complained about this before, so apologies. My IT guy (who probably sees everything we do, so hi Jesse!) moved into the office next to mine, and he insists on wearing Axe for Men or some other noxious cologne that just wafts into my office anytime he walks by. And gives me a headache. Is there some polite way to ask him to take it down a notch? I'm pretty sure he uses it to mask the aroma of the weed he's smoking in his car. I think I'd prefer that at this point.
Re: Work vent
*wave* Hi Jesse!
How friendly are you with him? Is there anyway to weave it into a jovial conversation?
"Hey Jesse - what's that scent? I could smell it all the way down the hall!"

::waves:: HEY JESSE! LAY OFF THE AXE! IT'S FOR 13 YEAR OLDS ANYWAY!
... Chris totally wears Axe ?_?

JUSTIN BEIBER WEARS AXE! JESSE LOVES JUSTIN BEIBER!
This made me laugh. Thank you. He probably is a closet Beiber fan.
I have politely *cough cough*-ed around him, or when he walks by, hoping that would subtly get through.
And sorry, but Axe is revolting.

Because I avoid confrontation like the plague, I just posted a FB status about how someone at work has been going crazy with the cologne. He's a FB friend so maybe he'll see it. Passive-aggressive? Yes. Do I care if it stops the headaches? No.
Thanks for all your input!
ETA: Needless to say, if you're FB friends with me, please don't make any reference my vent here!
