I'M BACK!
Did you miss me?
I'm back from San Francisco and we had an absolute BLAST!!! I would totally move there in a second if it wasn't for all the HILLS! Yikes! We ate a lot of food, did a lot of walking and played in the SNOW! We went to Lake Tahoe for the weekend and made a gigantic (and slightly scary) snowman. Then I went snowboarding and hit my head (it still hurts!). And I got to see and touch the Pacific Ocean, so now I've seen BOTH oceans!
Can't wait to go back! We stayed with DH's cousin and wife on an air mattress. It wasn't too bad, but I was happy to have my bed back!
Unfortunately our plane got delayed so I'm currently at work on less than 4 hours sleep. UGH! Needless to say I'm going to bed early tonight!
I feel like I've missed so much!!! Hope everyone else is good!

Welcome back! I enjoyed the walks down memory lane through your FB updates... I lived in Berkeley for a few years when I was in grad school. Loved, loved, LOVED the Bay Area, but found that I am an East Coast girl (and a New Englander to boot) at heart. I think Lake Tahoe is the most beautiful place I've ever set eyes on (I drove up there once the week before it opened for the summer season).
