I'm in a pizza rut so I need some new pizza ideas. I know I probably did this theme not terribly long ago, but I'm selfish, okay! So wow me with some fab pizza recipes!
I'm sure our Featured Cookie will wow us. Come on in Montana, we're waiting!

So when I'm not grilling my pizza, I'm obviously cooking it in the oven and was having a terrible time with it sticking to my pizza stone. Even after sprinkling cornmeal on it. My solution: parchment paper with cornmeal (only cuz I like the cornmeal on the bottom...I just like the way it looks). Of course, I'm probably losing the effect of the stone at that point, but the sticking was driving me nuts.
If you have a tip for making non-stick pizza on a stone, please share!!
Re: The club is open ladies
This looks incredible to me! I may just try it next week!
Butternut Squash Pizza with Bacon and Onions
Of course!!
So as you can see, this week's theme is pizza. If you have a pizza recipe to share (it doesn't have to be one you've tried, or even your own) write it out in here. I then put it up on my recipe site giving you the credit for the recipe.
Featured Cookie is a little different. Not only do I post a theme each week and open the club, but one girl (Featured Cookie) gets to post her own recipes, not related to the theme, to "show off", if you will. She opens up her own post, usually saying "My Featured Recipes" or what have you, and posts her menu. We then ooh and aah and she feels super special. Those recipes too get posted on my site.
As you can see, I have a schedule set up. If you want to be a Featured Cookie, I can add you to the bottom of the schedule. Otherwise, everyone and anyone is welcome to take part in the club post!
I just added this Raspberry-Almond Pizza recipe to your site, Pam. Haven't tried it yet, but I really want to!!

When we were in Alaska last summer, we went to a restaurant called The Moose's Tooth in Anchorage. They have the best beer and pizza. They had a lot of different combinations, and some familiar ones with a few more ingredients. Here's their full menu of specialty pizzas
My absolute favorite was the Spicy Thai Chicken: Roasted Chicken, Red Onions, Bean Sprouts, Carrot Threads, Cilantro, Mozzarella, Provolone and Peanut Sauce.
The Buffalo Chicken was also good: Fried Buffalo Chicken, Buffalo Sauce, Mozzarella, Provolone, Spicy Bleu Cheese Dressing, Carrot Threads, and Green Onions.
I wish we had tried the Chipotle Steak: Grilled Steak, Chipotle Sauce (a smoked jalapeno sauce), Red Onions, Roma Tomatoes, Zesty Sour Cream, Cilantro, Lime Wedge, Mozzarella, Provolone.
Here is our go-to basic Friday night pizza - amounts are as you like them, as Pizza should be! I don't have real "recipes" for these.... so not sure how you want to add them to the site but you can just leave them here too!
Pesto, dollups of red pizza sauce, slices of tomato, dollups of ricotta cheese, some fresh basil leaves and then sprinkle mozzarella on top of it all.
Also do BBQ chicken - just basic with BBQ sauce, red onion slices and grilled chicken.
We've also done olive oil/garlic on the crust w/ just arugula, pine nuts, and goat cheese.
Ricotta is my fav ingredient on pizza!

My blog: Dodging Acorns
My 2 go to pizzas are Pulled Pork Pizza & PB & J Pizza.
Pulled pork pizza: Top the pizza shell with bbq sauce. Add pulled pork(usually leftover from a previous dinner) & top with shredded cheddar cheese. Bake at 400 for 12-15 minutes until cheese is well melted. (I shred onions into my pulled pork but it can always be added as an extra topping if wanted.)
PB & J Pizza: I first had this in Disney World years ago. It was so delicious that I now make it at home and it's one of my husband's favorites(He too thought I was a crazy woman the first time I made this until he tasted it). Top a pizza shell with a layer of peanut butter. Next spread your favorite jelly on top. Lastly sprinkle with mini marshmallows. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes until marshmallows are golden brown. YUM!
