As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Annual Target Bonus Percentage - Help?
I'm helping my husband fill out some applications, and this is one of the required fields. It requires his current annual salary, current annual target bonus percentage, desired annual salary and desired annual target bonus percentage.
I might just be dense, but what is an annual target bonus percentage? He currently has the potential to bonus at 6% of 2 separate categories. Is that what this means?
