House selling help
Has anyone sold their house FSBO? If so, could I ask you some questions?!
Does anyone have a realtor that you could recommend?
Any advice on putting a house up for sale while putting an offer on a house at the same time?
I don't know where to start with this...my house needs to be cleaned and stuff moved to a storage unit (declutter) and this is hard to do with a 1 year old running around.
Also, I'm going to research this but what are the cons of selling your house- I assume I'll have to pay taxes on the money we make, if any. How does that work? If I use most of the money on a down payment for a new house can I avoid paying taxes?
