New roof?
Anyone recent get new roof done for their home?
We would need it down to original wood and re-shingled this time. Any recs or cost ballpark you paid?

I just had a new one put on last spring. It cost us $2700 but they didn't strip the whole roof just put a new layer on and replaced a small area of wood that was severely damaged. I can't find the receipt at the moment with the guy's number on it but I'll post it when my husband gets home. We have a townhouse to put it in perspective.
