As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Double Dose of T&P please
#1. For my dad: My hometown gets their drinking & city water from the Mississippi River and my dad is the manager of the city's water dept. The river floods every spring, sometimes not much, sometimes a lot. My dad said the river is already starting to rise (somewhat early compared to usual) and is getting nervous that it's going to be a bad one. My mom, dad and sis are going to Europe at the end of the month (lucky them!) and my dad won't be able to go if there's a major flood. T&P that the river stays "under control" and he can go on the trip.
#2. For my co-worker: I'm not super close w/him, but I feel awful for him. He got a phone call today that his dad has been hospitalized and they don't think he's going to make it. He's 89 and it's just old age, but still upsetting. Co-work lives in Chicago-suburbs and his dad is in Germany, so he hopped on a flight hoping his dad is still alive by the time he gets there. T&P please!!
