Obama uses Palin winking clip in new ad
Re: Obama uses Palin winking clip in new ad
Interesting ad.
But I still think in a way, it's a veiled criticism of HER. And you can guarantee the GOP and conservatives will see it that way. The "His choice?" + an image of Palin (Whether she's winking or not) is pretty clear.
He's clearly saying Palin knows nothing about the economy...that's a criticism, even if it's true.
my read shelf:
Good point.
But, I think on this issue, the winking is all you need to know about Palin. I think that image of her making a mockery of the debate, of the substance, of the office she's running for by flirting with the camera is far, far more powerful than anything that has come out of her mouth.
So, in that sense, it makes sense that the ad is silent.
Just give me a call when MPC does *not* claim sexism. B/c that's what they do these days. I almost lost it, hearing Elisabeth Filsarki Haselbeck crying sexism over the clothes kerflufle at a Palin rally. Get a grip.
