Post baby vagina question
Im 24, and feel like my cooch is loosing its tightness. I had a baby a year ago and feel extremely self conscious and often wonder if I feel the same after giving birth. My husband is still sexually attracted to me and actively persues my goodies, but what can I do to make sure I stay tight?

There are Kegel exercises, but honestly, they can only do so much. I've had three babies, and...well, let's just say I understand how you feel. I've been to physical therapy to restrengthen my pelvic floor. The therapist recommended using vaginal weights, and while they've helped, nothing can magically undo the effect of three human beings passing through my birth canal. But having said that, DH and I still have a very enjoyable sex life, and it sounds like the same is true for you.
My advice: do your Kegels and stop worrying about your "goodies." :-)
