Now that I don't have wedding stuff to worry about, I'm filling my time with reading more and I'm knitting/crocheting more. I've started socks!
I'm also kinda looking for a new job. It's odd in that some days I like my job, and other days, I don't like it - I'm sure that's the way it is with most people and jobs though. I've fallen into my last two jobs, and so now I'm looking for a job I WANT - something that makes me happy. I bored at my current job and it doesn't help that there's nowhere to move up to, I think I'll always just be a minion.
*sigh*
Married December 18th, 2010

Re: What are you doing now?
We bought a house and moved in right after we got back from the HM, so I'm keeping busy with it. Our garage is still filled with boxes and I'm trying to decorate, it's a lot of work! I also finished my masters last year and had one more course to take to get a graduate certificate so I signed up for it to finish it up.
I'm the type that has to be busy or I go crazy!
Good luck on the job hunt!

We're also dealing with debts and working a lot. I got bronchitis this week so I've been home since Wednesday. I feel bad because H is working overtime all week while I sit home coughing and sleeping.
Other than that, I've been playing around looking at realtor's websites, even though I have no idea when we'll be able to afford a house. We plan to start trying for a baby next year so that's kind of exciting.
Just trying to enjoy married life the best we can. H has been great with me being sick. He's been cooking and taking care of the dogs and cat and taking care of me.

I've had bronchitis this week too! Man, what a drag, huh? Although the steroids they have me on make me like an energizer bunny (that coughs).
H and I started renovating the master bathroom last Friday and hope to have it finished up tomorrow (got side tracked with the sickness). My SIL is coming into town to stay with us for a night, which should be fun.
We haven't really been up to much else. I'm looking forward to the summer where I will complete my second teaching certification and start a second Masters. Everyone keeps asking about children (if they are married) and if married life feels differently (if they aren't married). I do kind of feel like I'm in an exclusive club now that I'm married. Does anybody else?
Hmmm - life has been so crazy busy since the wedding I haven't hardly had time to breathe. (or sweep under the sofa!)
With Hubby deployed, I've thrown myself into work projects and my teams love it. Unfortunately, that means my coffee table now looks like my desk at work...
I have rearranged the living room furniture today only to realize I like it better the other way. But hey - I used it as an excuse to avoid going to the gym as it counts as a workout, right?!
I've donated at least a small apartment full of "stuff" to Goodwill and can now see a major part of the garage floor. Downside? I still can't see the floor in my closet! (Disclaimer: I'm convinced that this house was built by a single man - *huge* garage & *tiny* closets!!)
I think I'm ready for Spring to arrive...
Not much, just working and living the dream...:)
We are house hunting, but may end up renting another year to boost our downpayment and pay off his student loan. Also we're trying to decide WHEN to try to conceive. So many questions, but at least the marriage one has been answered! YAY!
142 Ready To Celebrate!
Spent the first month and a half after the wedding whipping our house into shape to get on the market. Now we sit and wait for buyers so we can move closer to family and eventually work on starting our family.
Now we are just enjoying life....wow life is sooo much more stress-free without obsessing over every last detail for the wedding.
