Ugh....post-pregnancy body
So I made the mistake of trying on old pants yesterday. How depressing! Tell me ladies, will I ever get back in them?? Or should I just get rid of them so I won't be miserable staring at clothes that will never fit again. I mean, not only is there some major muffin top going on, but some of them barely even make it past my hips/butt!
Looks like a trip to the mall is in my near future, especially since I go to work in two weeks!

Re: Ugh....post-pregnancy body
You're only a month PP, so don't be too hard on yourself. :-)
Neena is 14 months and I'm starting get my old body back. I started working out when she turned a year. Before she turned a year I would go on walks and eat healthy, but I didn't want to lose too much weight because I didn't want my supply to drop since breastmilk was her biggest food source.
It's not going to happen overnight and it will take work, and your body may not look exactly like it did before, but, rest assured, that you will feel good about it again. :-)

Don't be so hard on yourself!! It takes 9 months to put, it will take atleast that to get back to your pre-body weight.
I was the opposite way, I lost all my baby weight (plus some) by 4 weeks pp. However, around 3-4 months I put it back on, plus some. I still can't seem to lose it. My boobs are flat and gross, and I think I will always have a mom pooch.
I have no doubt that you look great now and will be able to lose that baby weight. Just give yourself some time, I think it takes 6 months for the hormones to return to normal which will help too.
