(old/newb) - ? for medical types
Hi ladies, long time no see (like years... sorry). Sort of looking for some direction but not sure where to post and thought I'd start here since I always loved TK.
The medical office I work for is switching from our home-grown electronic medical record and recently bought a commercial product called Epic. We are having so many issues with workflow, and I know this is so random, but I thought I would ask here to see if anyone else has had experience with it in their office/hospital?

Thanks! Every day brings up new questions without answers, and obviously there are people out there using this product with success, so I may just need to give it more time and practice. I think I'm just tired of being frustrated all the time!
