I tried out this awesome new veggie burger recipe tonight, and I thought you ladies might be interested.

I left out the ginger, curry and cilantro in the interest of making them more kid friendly, but I think they would be really great made just as the recipe says.
As I made them, they still turned out great - similar to the veggie burgers they serve at Kerbey Lane Cafe in Austin or at Red Cup here in OKC.
