Dumb Moms
I'm friends with this girl on FB and she has an infant. Maybe 3 weeks old.
Last night she posted that her baby was wide awake (I think he has his days and nights mixed up...from her posts) and that she just put him down in the crib to see how long he would cry it out.
My heart broke a little bit for that baby. It makes me sick to my stomach to think of a tiny baby like that crying it out.
I would say something but I don't know her well enough to comment on her parenting.

I totally gasped aloud when I read this. 3 weeks?!
There's someone I barely know who had a baby via surrogate. I commented on how the baby was sleeping on his own in the car seat (Adrian did NOT do this at a week old). They said they spent 10 hours when the baby was at the hospital (5 days).and then went home and left the nurses to take care of the baby thenafter. He said he thought he was so good sitting/sleeping independently because he was left to wait it out. Yikes.
