We were going to go to a Mardi Gras thing, but then looked up the band that is playing and realized it's a southern gospel band, not so much Cajun. Eric hates gospel, and I could take it or leave it. From the clips we heard on the website, it does sound very "tent revival," which really doesn't seem to lend itself to a debauched party, y'know?
So we're watching 2.5 Men while E eats some lamb & couscous. We had "lunch" at 4, so I'm not really hungry.
So yeah... boring.

My friend came over b/c H went out to play poker at one of our friends houses- I just didn't want to go (he won 2nd place though- $200!), plus I had already invited said friend over. We ate cheese brie (pasteurized of course) and baguette, spinach salad, and mini appetizer sized pizzas for dinner and had 2 virgin pina coladas. Oh ya and Tiramisu.
And we have been dog sitting my parents yorkie. He's been a very good and funny house guest.
You're funny Rachel. :P
Yesterday was boring for us, too. Ate too much pizza/wings at an afternoon birthday party, so I was in a food coma most of the night. Meant to go to the movies, but ah well.
