As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Asking for Letter of Recommendation
I've been substitute in a school district for the past year. I did my student teaching at this school too. I want to ask the principal for a letter of recommendation but I don't want him to not call me to sub because he knows I'm looking at other schools to sub at. He's a very intimidating person and I just don't know how to go about asking him. thanks.
