We're under contract!!
DH and I viewed a kajillion homes this past Thursday and we made the decision to put an offer in on one and went under contract today!! I could not be more excited 
We chose a home in a great neighborhood where the majority of houses are selling for $300,000+ that's in well-kept condition with room for updating and personalization. It's got more storage than we ever thought we'd need/get and it's just overall an amazing place that is more than we could have asked for in a first home. Here's an outside pic and I'll have more to come sometime soon!
