How do I find a part-time nanny here in DSM?
To take care of my 6 month old in my home. My little guy goes to daycare right now but I am tired of his sickness and he gets total of 45 minutes or 1 hour of sleep while he's there all day and I want better for him. So....thinking about a nanny. I also work from home so this person would have to be okay with that.
not even sure where to start looking. Ideas?

I nannied frequently while in college and had very good luck with this agency. They did thorough background checks and interviews on everyone so they can really help find you a good match.
Another place to look might be the college student job boards. Drake and Grandview each have job boards you can post on, and a lot of college students have flexible hours and experience.
