Raynes (aren't we popular)
I suggest not only placing a phone call, but writing a letter to the company as well. Sean loves to write complaint letters and has gotten great results with a written complaint as compared to a phone call.

Re: Raynes (aren't we popular)
Oooo, letter, good idea! The non-confrontational person that I am LOVES the idea of a letter.
We'll just not tell H about this little fact, m'kay?

And make sure you keep copies of all documentation. B and I had a similar problem when Macy's delivered a cabinet and then accidentally dropped it down the stairs (ruining the cabinet and the stairs). After months of fighting with Macy's about the repairs, Macy's mysteriously lost the documents showing the cabinet had been delivered. We didn't have proof of delivery, so even though were entitled to money from Macy's, we never got it.
