I can't - conflict of interest issues. I will put his name in my rolodex though for criminal case referrals. Just one thing - The Florida Bar is the agency's name. Not "Florida Bar." Nitpicky on my part, but still the truth.

No problem. They are our #1 "adversary," so if anyone knows, it's me. I'm not sure how thrilled I am to know that, though.

I'm actually glad you did b/c I didn't know your H did estate planning. We need some stuff done before we leave for KSA in June and I have an uncle that does family law stuff in FL, but he lives in Miami and it may be a PITA to try to work out since we only have plans to be in the Orlando area before we leave. I may have to contact your H to see if he can work some wills, POA, trust type stuff out for a family with a modest amount of assetts. Wink
