Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Name Poll
When we talk about our husbands or kids several of us abreviate to initial only. When you see the initial do you read the name or the initial?
ex: J could be Jeff or Justin or Jonathan
B could be Brendan Brody or Brynn

For me it actually depends on who is talking.
If I'm saying it I always say Jeff instead of J, but with Brynn I say B because that is what I call her.
If Amanda is saying B I say Brody when I see it.
When Amber says J I read it as J not his name.
I do this when you say J too, which is funny because sometimes it makes me do a double take because I wonder who you are talking about.
But I usually just read the initial.
