It's nothing compared to some of the other anniversary boards. I accidentally clicked on March 08, and there were only 10 threads in the past 6 months! I'm glad we still stay connected.

I definitely love that this board is still active. While I frequent other boards most of the discussion is very specific. I love that we've been together for around 4 years, and that we can talk about so many different things.

Agreed. My local board is lucky to get 2 posts a week so I haven't connected with any of them. I did go to lunch with one who I do like but since that board isn't active it's just hard to stay in contact with her.

The NOLA local board were such snoots that I would never attempt to write on there anyways.

Haha yeah the NOLA board sucks, yo. I never felt like I could connect to anyone from the NOLA knot and the nest board is D.E.A.D. There have been a few people trying to revive it lately - but really none of them have kids and they don't post about anything whatsoever but want to do GTGs... sorry but I need to get to know you first. The NOLA bump board is very quiet, too. It's a shame.

I'm glad we have this board still.

I joined a bump off-board and while I generally like it - I still feel like I can't connect with anyone there yet. Not to mention most of them post during the day while they are working it seems and I just don't have the time for that with a toddler running around all day. My nest/bump time is during naptime and even then I know there are a million other things I want to do while I have those two hours to myself. So then I feel like I get left out - ya know? Eh whatever. I still have ya'll. lol

I've never been interested in joining my local board. I've lurked there occasionally but that's it. I use to be really involved in the infertility board but the more girls who had success and moved one the more depressed I got.
