As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

anyone ever done accupuncture? i have some shoulder pain and my chiro is trying to talk me into it

There is a program here in des moines where, if you don't mind having a private room, you can get acupuncture at a very reduced rate. $30 ? It's on the first Saturday of every month but I can't think of the name of the place or the Dr.
Fire something? I'll try to figure it out.
