DH, Wesley and I are going on a long weekend to KC next weekend with my parents and sister. We are staying at Great Wolf Lodge, so we'll spend a lot of time at the water park.
Here's what I am thinking-
two pairs of swimming trunks, a package of swim diapers, hooded towel
regular diapers and wipes, rash cream, tylenol, tooth brush
Sippy cup, bottle (he turns one on the last day we are there and I am not taking the bottle away until after the trip)- I nurse morning and night, so I am thinking just one or two bottles, formula
PJs and clothes, sleep sack
one or two of his favorite small toys and a couple books
Pack n Play
Am I missing anything obvious? This is the first time we have been away for any length of time other than my mom's house and she has almost everything we need.... I am excited to get away but there's something about traveling with a 1 year old that gives me some anxiety!
Re: Packing for a mini vacay with a one year old?
I would take snacks and some baby/toddler friendly finger foods. :-)
