Re: I know your out there...

  • I just got back from date night.  We went out to dinner and then were going to go bowling but all the lanes were full.  So instead we went and looked at cars.

  • I'm here! Just got back from Costco. It's still early here, but I think a lot of ladies on the east coast go to bed around this time (except Erin :)  )

We went to this place called Cosmo.  It's a local restaurant.  Most of their food is just okay, but they have amazing Italian nachos and really good desserts.

We were just looking at cars for fun.  We found some that we like, but we aren't really in the market for a new one.

Italian nachos... that's a new one to me, what do they put on/in it?

Were going to look for a new to us car tomorrow. I keep looking to see what all the dealerships here around here in town have to offer.

  • Different places make it different ways, but this place makes it with tortilla chips, marinara sauce, cheese, and Italian seasoning, and they serve it with sour cream.  Oh so simple, and oh so good!

  • Don't be mad Stace, I don't post this to be mean, just to be funny and bring up an article a lot of us liked.

We also had a bit of a date afternoon/evening.  Went the the cheap seats and saw The Eagle.  I liked it.  Then we went to Timmy Ho's and played Carcassonne.

    I don't go to bed until 4ish :P

  • The gym for a grueling session with my personal trainer, dinner with my mom (I just got back from 5 days on the east coast with my father, so she needed some time with me), followed by doing the online house hunt with the hubby!

You build cities, roads, monasteries, and more, tile by tile, completing a city (like my City of Doooooooom above) nets you points, finishing a road gets you points, etc.  It's almost like gin rummy, but in tile form.   H has been trying to get me to play for years.  I finally caved, and I'd say we play 5/7 nights a week.  A single game goes about a half hour.  It's our cheap date, we play at the 24hrs Timmy Ho's nearby.  Phonetically, we call it Timmy Carcass-HO-nes.  Silly, but fun, it's a nice way to spend time together.

That looks like it could be fun! My hubby just showed me how to play rummy...yet to move on to gin rummy yet lol..Embarrassed  I was embarrassed to tell him I never really played card games growing up

*Side note* I'm not upset at all...just in case you didn't get the sarcasm!  I'm always making mistakes like that so feel free to point them out as you see um...most the time it's my brain getting way ahead of my fingers...

  • Went out to dinner (chinese), then went to the mall to look at new phones, and came home and watched a movie, after which, I went to bed with a migraine. How's that for a run-on sentence?
