what is this about?
I've gotten 2 texts over the past 4 days. They say "hi Megan, we've received your application, please call this 888 number." I'm assuming a scam right? I think they job was from craigslist.

Sounds like a phishing-type scheme.
It sounds like it could be one of those "professional re-writing resume" companies, where they offer to redo your resume for a hefty fee.
I wouldn't reply.
agree with everyone else. And if you have posted your resume or submitted anywhere, they often text or call for further education or to take an "IQ test."
