How did your showings go this weekend??? Curious minds need to know :-)

Ehh, We had a showing two weekends ago that I think went well. Nice, young, married couple. They were looking at a couple of other places this past weekend, but I would LOVE to rent to them. So I'm hoping to hear back from them.
We had a showing Thursday (for someone to buy) the husband like it a lot, the wife, not so much. So we all know what that means. He wanted to make an offer, she would only offer in the range of my realtor saying - don't bother. Oh well.
Another showing Friday, that honestly, not so sure I was really sold on. It was a disaster anyway, cause I got home and they were already there. I had the dog and the baby, a clogged toilet, and my house was a mess. haha. They had a really big dog and two older kids, they were older and worked far away.
Our showing Sunday got canceled at the last minute cause they decided to stay in NH for income tax purposes.
Have another showing today. We'll see how it goes.
Fingers crossed that something happens soon cause all these showings are exhausting
At least the rental showings we don't need the house to be as amazing as the selling showings. But still, its tough.
