As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Just a curious question. I know a lot of us found the nest via planning our weddings. I was wondering how you found the site. Sorry if this is a weird question, but I have been curious and I'm really happy you found us

Not weird at all! I found The Knot when I was engaged, lurked some on The Nest while I was married - but never really started posting until I was getting divorced!
I kind of went about it backwards but once I started posting I did not want to leave despite my marital status! Haha. Then I wandered to the Maine board very recently and am glad I did!

Seriously, I don't know how people expect us to work. Abby gets a little neglected during the day. Thankfully she's napping now!

Kids totatally intimidated me before I had one of my own. Even now, I have a limited capacity to handle kids that aren't mine.
ETA: I meant to post this on the thread about meeting the SO's child. I'm too lazy to move it. :P
