What are some high protein/healthy snacks that you eat. I'm finding that I'm losing too much weight bfing but can't think of healthy snacks.
Peanut butter, nuts and cheese come to mind but I'd rather not have something so high in fat.
I've also gotten a little motivation to start lifting again so hopefully that will help with the skinny/flabby feeling.
thanks for any ideas you have!

Re: snack idea's
The fat is good for you, I wouldn't worry about it since you are losing weight.
I snack on one of those individual cups of cottage cheese, and I stir in one fruit cup. I drain the fruit cup so it's not all liquidy, and it gets rid of some of the calories too. I make sure to get the fruit cup that's packed in juice with no sugar added. It's about a 140 calorie snack, with lots of protein from the cottage cheese, so it keeps me full.
I also do cheese cubes, almonds, and fruit. Hard boiled eggs are good too.
