Fair warning, this is kind of AW-ish, but I'm stoked and wanted to share! 
I know a lot of us (y'all) on here are moms and so being around little ones is no big deal, but I don't have any kids and have never really been around them much but have found myself going out with a single dad of a toddler! Since things have been going so well for us he suggested I meet his son - nothing big, just hang out a little as they would with some of his friends, start getting us acquainted.
I've been really nervous about meeting the little man, because obviously that could be a make or break kind of thing. Well, Sunday was the big day and it went great!! They came over for what was supposed to be a half-hour visit that turned into more like an hour and a half, the little man and I hit it off really well, he's a great kid and we had so much fun! And he was pretty happy that I had a little dog and kitten there for his entertainment
So, phew!!
