  • How did you do last week, any weight loss? Heck yes!!! 3.5 lbs!!! : )

    Keep your eating in check? I did until Saturday night/Sunday lunch. But then back on!

    Get your work-outs in? I did miss Thursday and Friday (ugh!!!), but I ran Saturday and Sunday to stay on track with my Couch to 5K. Up to 2.7 miles in 30 minutes! : )

    Lent starts this week, are you cutting anything else out of your diet? Hmm, with being a Lutheran we don't have to really give anything up, but it would be a good excuse to do so! Maybe NO fast food during Lent. The last few weeks whenever I stop to get Jeff something (maybe once or twice a week) I haven't been getting myself anything and just eat at home instead. I think it would be good for me to keep that up! Also, I would like to make Jeff's lunches every day during Lent! I think it would help his "Hot Hubby Check-Ins" hahahah!

  • I definitely GAINED weight while I was in San Francisco but I weighed myself this morning and I'm down again almost to where I was before San Francisco. I'm also back in the exercise grove. I went running yesterday (doing a 5K on Saturday) and my legs are SORE! Hopefully when I weigh-in at WW's on Thursday I'll either be where I was before San Fran or even under!

  • @Danie:  Awesome job on the weight loss!  It should be easier now to have the weight come off!

    How did you do last week, any weight loss?  Unknown.  Won't weigh myself for a couple more weeks

    Keep your eating in check?  For the most part.  Saturday was awful though!

    Get your work-outs in?  Yeah except this weekend.  Saturday DH was off and Sunday I had my last cuddles with Kitty

    Lent starts this week, are you cutting anything else out of your diet? I am hoping to cut out sweets after dinner.  I ALWAYS need to eat something sweet after dinner so hopefully instead of chocolate I can grab a piece of fruit!

    May I suggest Jell-o Sugar Free 10 Calorie packs!!! I heart them! You can have three and it is only 30 calories if you want!! And, I think they taste just as good as normal Jell-o.

    DITTO!!!  I add a little fat free cool whip to these and it's a FREE weight watchers snack!  excellent :)
