3/7:

B - English Muffin w/ peanut butter, V8

E - Upper body stuff

B#2 - english muffin w/ eggs, coffee

L - muching most of the afternoon - plus those stupid coconut dreams that are exactly like samoas... WOW. Needless to say, they are gone today.

S - yogurt

D - Shepard's Pie, water

 3/8:

B - toast w/ peanut butter, v8

E - Core

B#2 - oatmeal, coffee

L - turkey sandwich with a nectarene

S - pretzels w/ hummus

S#2 - going for coffee w/ a friend after work

D - leftover shepard's pie or maybe steak

  • The last 2 weeks for me have been a complete bust... gained 5 lbs back thanks to lots of eating out and being a lazy pos lol.  Trying to get back in the groove today... maybe tomorrow since I have left over pizza for lunch LOL

    3/7:
    B:  oatmeal with cinnamon and honey
    L:  Wendys - baked potato and 1/2 apple pecan chicken salad
    D:  Mellow Mushroom - hummus and flat bread, garlic knots, and got a personal pizza:  mega veggie but could only eat 1 slice
    E:  Walking through the grocery store lol
    S:  1 slice of pizza

    3/8:
    B:  whole wheat thin bagel and yogurt
    L:  left over pizza... nom nom nom
    D:  Going to my dads which is usually healthy
    E:  I want to say I'll do the treadmill when I get home however ill probably pass out on the couch instead

    b: pb&j on a sprouted grain English muffin, protein shake, 1/2 c. chocolate milk

    s: yogurt w/ raspberries and stevia

    l: leftover chicken tortilla soup

    s: veggies, tortilla chips

    d: Jamaican Jerk seitan wraps and oven fries

    pre-workout: few crackers and cheese

    e: step aerobics DVD and yoga

    b:  sprouted grain English muffin w/ pb and 1/2 c. chocolate milk

    s: yogurt w/ raspberries and stevia (trail mix if necessary)

    l: leftover seitan wrap

    s: veggies and a tangerine

    d:  saag tofu over brown rice

    dessert: oatmeal, pb, chocolate ball concoction I found on the H&F board.

  • Yesterday was awful because I stayed home.  But I shoveled for 2 hours so that was good.

     Today:

    B: 1 egg, 3 slices of cheese, 1 tblsp. ketchup

    S: apple with 2 tblsps peanut butter

    L: yogurt, celery with 1 tblsp. ranch dip

    S: yogurt drink

    D: not sure yet....

    E: lifting at lunch and a 1/2 mile run, insanity aftre work.
