As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

DH offered job
which he is most likely taking. Funny thing tho....he knows the person who has the job right now and this person told DH that he may not stay if he doesnt get a raise.....um.....DH just let him talk because he knows this person is not only NOT getting a raise, he is getting a pink slip. oops!

DH is getting a SUBSTANTIAL raise .
The guy talked big to get the job and isnt delivering what he said he could.
yes, from his current job. But is there no opportunity for raises within the company once he gets there? That is my concern.
