Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. Hey! I forgot to post how it turned out, actually!
The taste was great, but the issue I had was with the tortillas. I don't know if I used the wrong ones or if I had too many layers, but they kind of disinagrated, so the whole dinner was quite mushy. I just don't know if it was my fault or not.
I enjoyed it enough that I would make it again, but it would be in the oven.

Looking at the picture, it looks like the tortillas are whole.
It's quite possible I f'ed it up lol.

I emailed the link to myself before, and just saw it in my inbox, so it reminded me to ask. I'm sad to hear it came out mushy, because that just sounds terrible.

We made something very similar once, and had the same issue with mushy tortillas. -totally ruined it for me
we decided that if we try it again, it will be in the oven instead of the crockpot.
