What kind of detergent do you use for your CD's? Also what type of washer do you have???
Re: ~ladyE~
Regular top loader. I use Rockin Green Classic Rock. I love it! We've had no stink, repelling or any other issues you can think of. Plus, we've been CDing 2 months now, and I've been doing laundry almost every day (sometimes every other now that my stash is a little bigger) and I'm still on the same bag and it'll probably last me another couple of weeks- so one bag lasts a long time.
Here's how I wash:
Rinse cycle on delicate
Then I do a hot/cold wash cycle on extra heavy with detergent
Then an additional cold rinse
And I throw them in the dryer on warm (hot can melt some of the PUL in pockets/aios)
Oh, and I always set it to a size larger than the load actually is. If it was clothes and I would set it as a small load, I set it as med on dipes, etc. You can never have too much water when you're washing diapers!
Butting in, but I have a front loader and use the same stuff Lady uses- Rockin Green Soap (at her recommendation).
I also do laundry every other day. I was anyway because I have a baby who shares EVERYTHING he eats
Can you get the Rockin Green at Target or do you have to order it online?
YESSS! Ha ha ha....so far I have prime through August because of all my diaper purchases. Ha ha ha. I love it! Free shipping is so awesome!
I love 2 day shipping!
If you shop at Motherhood, they offer you a subscription to Parenting magazine for $10 or something. If you get it, every month there's either a 20% off or $10 off Amazon Baby coupons! And you can stack them!
